Job Description

Career Opportunity: Assistant Sales Manager – Agency Channel Job Title: Assistant sales Manager  Location: Hyderabad Channel: Agency Sales Key Responsibility: As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training Insurance Advisors, and driving team performance to meet sales targets. Your focus will be on developing your team, achieving business objectives, and expanding customer reach. 

  • Recruit, train, and manage Insurance Advisors to ensure they meet sales targets. 
  • Support in executing sales strategies to drive growth and acquire new customers. 
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance results. 
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. 
  • Assist in daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies. 
Requirement: 
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. 
  • Minimum undergraduate degree. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong passion for sales and team development. 
  • Age: 22 to 38 years. 
  • Local Candidates from Hyderabad preferred. 
 Compensation: 
  • CTC: 3.30 LPA to 3.80 LPA
