Growing together.About the role:We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us drive the continued success of our business insights and web application initiatives. You will be instrumental in transforming data assets into personalized, valuable data-driven insights for our internal customers, enabling them to leverage data for key strategic decisions. In addition to impacting a great team, youll also discover the career opportunities youd expect from an industry leader.Working Schedule:This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday Friday, 11:00am 8:00pm.Primary Responsibilities of the QA Automation Engineer:Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests for UI functionality using various technologies (ReactJS, JavaScript, C#, Python, etc.)
  • Perform manual UAT tests on all environments on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test cases
  • Identify, analyze, and report software defects and inconsistencies
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, test data, and test environments
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization activities
  • Continuously improve test methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or related experience
  • Experience with automated UI testing using JavaScript and Python
  • Solid knowledge and experience in writing UI test cases and test logic
  • Proficiency in UI automation using technologies such as ReactJS and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe)
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in software testing or relevant technologies
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Knowledge of API testing and automation
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development processes
