  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for manual and automated testing of applications
  • Work with the development team to understand product requirements and create test plans
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Utilize Selenium for automation testing and maintain automation test scripts
  • Conduct API testing to ensure services meet functionality, reliability, performance, and security requirements
  • Perform UI testing to ensure the applications interface meets design and usability standards
  • Analyze test results, report and track defects, and follow through on resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in quality assurance with a focus on manual and automated testing
  • Experience with UI testing and an eye for visual discrepancies
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience with continuous integration and version control tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
  • Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver and other test automation tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proficient in API testing and familiar with tools like Postman or SoapUI
  • Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven good communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Quality Assurance, such as ISTQB or CSTE
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java
