Job Description

Job SummaryRole: Salesforce Scrum MasterMust Have: Salesforce experience and Worked as Scrum MasterKey Responsibilities:Agile Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor agile development teams in Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure teams are practicing core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.
  • Report problems to higher-level leaders, get resources and support to resolve them.

Project Management:
  • Manage the delivery of software projects from concept to release.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Technical Guidance:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure that the architectural direction, design standards, and best practices are followed.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Promote the use of metrics and data to drive improvements in team performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between development teams, product management, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, supporting transparency and a free flow of information.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across teams.
  • Ensure alignment of team activities with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an agile development environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Technical proficiency in software development and architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and modern software development practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
