• Bachelors degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 7 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C , C#, Java, or Python etc. OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in building, shipping and maintaining cloud services on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Required problem solving, system design, rapid prototyping, and effective communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in developing, fine-tuning, integrating and automated deployment of Generative AI models, such as large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency with containers and experience working with Kubernetes for orchestration and strong experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a customer-obsessed and results-oriented software engineer, who can design and develop Generative AI services. The team is responsible for delivering a suite of generative AI API-based offerings that deliver large language model (LLM) capabilities to Security developers and organizations. These services are designed to simplify the integration of AI functionalities by abstracting the underlying complexities.This team is responsible for building capabilities to offer different base or fine-tuned generative AI models (STM, SecPhi, Fine Tuned Qwen/Llama etc.) and enabling deployments at scale, GPU capacity management and optimization, integrating Responsible AI compliance across AI services and handles uninterrupted model upgrades, deployment and fine-tuning.Responsibilities include:

• Develop best-in-class engineering for our services by ensuring that the services and the components are well-defined and modularized, secure, scalable, compliant, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable.
• Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design reviews.
• Adding and optimizing monitoring coverage, including self-healing for services.
• System design through well-defined interfaces across multiple components, code reviews, leveraging data/ telemetry to make decisions.
• Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, service integration and geo-expansion, software performance analysis and system tuning.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation, reliability, and monitoring for Live Site.
