Growing together.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions using Java. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high-quality code. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development best practices, solid problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions using Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design efficient solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Java development best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the teams skill set.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Experience with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Solid proficiency in Java and a deep understanding of Java development best practices.
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proven solid attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
