Job Description

State Head Sales (Mobile business)Location: HyderabadOverall Purpose of the RoleJob purpose is to build & implement a strong Influencer Program that ensure channel partner alignment & operational synergy in achieving day to day objectives not just limited to sales but also focussed on sales pitch quality, training & data driven planning. Also to ensure optimal productivity of internal sales success resources and targeted level of performance on the agreed KPI : Training effectiveness, data driven decisions making , channel relationship & in market issue resolutionAreas of Responsibility

  • Work closely with clients regional leadership team and maintain good business relationship.
  • Effectively lead the team of DSM/Promoters/Shop Owners and manage performance of the whole State/Region.
  • Proactively cultivate new business and uncover sales opportunities within geographic territory.
  • Set up sales target and sales strategy in the region.
  • Grows and expands the partner sales as per regional target.
  • Develop sales plan in conjunction with Head of Sales.
  • Provide value-added ideas and support DSM/Promoters/Shop Owners in growing their productivity.
  • Control and manage sales points efficiency and should control fake claims.
  • Liaison with marketing team to deploy POSMs for every promotion and new products.
  • Prepare regular reporting with DSSM. Tracking sales reports and analyze daily data.
  • Check the compliance of DSSM/Promoters/Shop Owners follow the Companys regulations about working at POS.
  • Periodical review with partners Identify gaps and Problem resolution, measures to be taken.
  • Managing escalation & controlling fake claim.
  • Periodical checking product knowledge of internal & external team.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Full time MBA from premium colleges
  • Any graduation
  • Min 8 to 12 Year Experience in Sales/Distribution/ Telecom/ Channel Management/ Retail
  • Exp. In handset, home appliances or CD industry will be preferred.
  • Achieves product mix sales targets.
  • Good understanding of retail market and competition in relevant region.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectives.
Skills Required
  • Coaching and management talent. Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others & to take a dominant role.
  • Computer literate (Good at MS Office esp. Excel, Power point and Outlook) Must.
  • Good communication skill & should be very good orator.
  • Good Negotiation skill.
