Project Role: Tech Delivery Subject Matter ExpertProject Role Description: Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes.Must Have Skills:

Summary:As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement, and enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. You will bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy, using your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills. In this role, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and implement technology solutions to address client challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration points.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
Good To Have Skills:
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
