Applied AI Engineering Lead, Core EnterpriseLocation: Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaMinimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C , Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
• Experience in working with Machine Learning, including modeling, training and evaluating models.

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM).

• Guide and manage applied AI engineering team.
• Partner with product management and other engineering teams to develop the teams roadmap and execute on deliverables.
• Direct global and regional AI initiatives in service of mission business problems in various Google Enterprise domains such as Legal, People Operations, Finance, etc.
