We help our clients build and preserve their wealth through customized investment strategies and access to a wide range of products and services, including private banking and trust services.YOUR IMPACTThe PWM Operations team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Client Onboarding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients. Youll collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.OUR IMPACTClient Onboarding is the first impression many clients have of Goldman Sachs PWM. Your work directly impacts the clients experience and ensures we adhere to the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about the financial industry, develop critical analytical skills, and contribute to the success of our team.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new PWM clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
  • Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy, adhering to Firm policies and regulatory requirements (AML, Know Your Client - KYC).
  • Collaborate with PWM Sales, Legal, Compliance, and other Operations teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client data in Firm systems, ensuring proper recognition of approved clients, products, and services.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Contribute to strategic projects within the PWM Operations team.
  • Learn and apply your knowledge of financial services and operations to daily tasks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and web-based applications.
  • Basic understanding of the financial industry and a keen interest in learning more.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
