We have also forayed into the world of skincare with our new brand Florozone.Position: Business Development OfficerTotal years of work experience: 3 yearsHiring criterion: looking for candidates from Salon, beauty, skincare, and haircare backgrounds.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for servicing some top customers and monitoring BCs falling under his span of control. Overall responsible for the business, collection, visibility, and occasional activities in his/her area.
  • Meet all top clients at regular intervals and negotiate business with them.
  • Achieving sales and collection targets by close coordination with the team, dealers, and SS.
  • Achieve the visibility target as set by the immediate supervisor or company as per the brand priority. BDO can also make his own plan to create visibility standards by looking at the need of the salons, market, or his own brand priority.
  • Plan primary and secondary sales targets and achieve them on a weekly and monthly basis through people assigned.
  • Implement all the schemes and promotions extended as and when.
  • Maintain all the sales and sales points data.
  • Maintain complete financial discipline across territory and channels.
