  • The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.
  • Provide product support and maintenance to the clients and resolve the day-to-day queries/technical problems which may arise.
  • Good understanding of incident management & change management.
  • Good knowledge in configuration of PMGM module.
  • Have experience creating Route map, manage template, form template setting, RBP, etc.
  • Good business knowledge of various HR Processes and Talent management.
  • Should be good in documentation - Workbook, Unit Test Scripts, RBP, configuration, etc.
  • Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines.
  • Ability to interact with the customer to understand their current solution and propose recommendations for the betterment of their solution.
  • SuccessFactors People Analytics/Adhoc report experience required.
  • Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices.
