Job Description

DescriptionCollaborate with project teams to migrate and implement Kronos Time and Attendance solutions from on-premises to Cloud environments. Configure UKG(Kronos) Time and Attendance modules according to client requirements, ensuring functionality meets business needs. Develop expertise in specialized workstreams related to Time and Attendance systems. Analyze migration processes comprehensively, identifying areas for automation to enhance efficiency and accelerate project timelines. Provide application support post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in database concepts and basic programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python) to manage data and customize solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the UKG(Kronos) ecosystem.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
