Job Description

Description

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
  • Ensure quality controls in the payroll process for 100 PERCENT accuracy & update documentation - includes reconciliation of results & audit checks
  • Act as day-to-day liaison with client designated contacts for payroll-related processing; respond to client inquiries & take appropriate action ensuring timely review & resolution of issues.
  • Work effectively across GlobalView and ADP business groups to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain client payroll procedure manuals & business process documents
  • Manage client issues in CRM system and work with client and internal partners to classify, prioritize & follow-up
  • Resolve CRM User Management Tickets as per agreed SLA
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in end-to-end hands-on processing payroll & year-end activities.
  • Experience and knowledge in APAC payroll & related legislation will be an added advantage.
