Paytms mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology.About the Team:The Oil and gas vertical is focused on the Offline payment solution team, which includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. The team predominantly deals with Petrol and gas station merchants and other retail businesses, handling end-to-end sales and operations. Responsibilities include onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants while maintaining good relationships with PSU Companies and Oil marketing companies.About the Role:The Sales Team Lead is responsible for selling products or services for the company and representing their brand. This role involves managing relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.Expectations/Requirements:

  1. Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet.
  2. Candidate must have a zeal for growth.
  3. Candidate should have good market knowledge.
  4. Must have previously held a channel sales role with experience handling a 5-member sales team.
  5. Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, and metrics.
  6. Must have experience in helping the team earn lucrative incentives.
Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
  1. More than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution.
  2. Team handling experience is a must.
  3. Proficient in Excel and data tools required in sales.
