Job Description

Search Technical Solutions ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaExperience Level: MidMinimum qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C , Python, etc.).
3 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
Experience with data/SQL and web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in technical product/cloud support/quality engineering/site reliability engineering.
Experience using Google Ads or other online advertising solutions and the media/technology landscape.
Experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support in a technical organization with customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Experience in business analysis to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and make recommendations.
Excellent problem-solving skills to develop strategic, customer-focused solutions.

Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Googles advertisers and Sales teams, agencies, and partners.
Learn our AI-powered Google Ads products.
Troubleshoot technical product issues. Apply product expertise in solving technical customer issues and escalations and carrying out projects.
Develop tools and automation for diagnostics/data fixes and debugging, either separately or in partnership with Product Engineering teams.
Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Business Solutions teams.
