We provide transactional support for institutional clients, as well as interact with multiple stakeholders internally including sales traders, front office support teams, settlements and static data teams. You will draw on the strengths of UBS platforms, products, services, and people worldwide to provide exceptional client service.Your expertise

  • 7 plus years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably Middle office operations (allocations & confirmations)
  • Masters degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and securities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Maybe involved in managing and maintaining trading platforms and related systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration with traders, sales teams, and back-office operations to resolve issues and facilitate smooth trade execution.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on trade activity, risk exposures, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies throughout the trade lifecycle.
