  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience working with distributed systems and/or complex architectures
  • Experience with performance tuning, large-scale data processing
  • Experience with Java, Azure, Spring Boot, microservices, Splunk, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Mongo, Snowflake
  • Experience with cloud technologies (terraform, Azure Blob, Azure functions, AKS) and scalable architecture
  • Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy regulations
  • Proven ability to work ideally in a fast-paced or agile environment
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead troubleshooting efforts
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Proven to be open to work on any technology and not restricting to skills he/she knows already
