Job Description

Senior Technical LeadJob Summary

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Project Role: Senior Technical Lead
  • Qualification: B-Tech
  • Experience: 7-9 Years

:
  1. BABS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  2. 5 years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility
  3. Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement
  4. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML
  5. Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)
  6. Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
  7. Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
Responsibilities:
  1. All selected responsibilities associated with Business Systems Analyst Level II
  2. Lead multiple projects and train and/or mentor other team members, peers, and clients as appropriate
  3. Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching, and identifying inventive solutions
  4. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions
  5. Design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new information needs
  6. Lead the creation of a catalog of Key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata
  7. Serve as a resource for human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design training and performance support products
  8. Inform technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project
  9. Complete all appropriate documentation required by developers, QA analysts, deployment team, and operation support team that will maintain the application
  10. Ensure security requirements built into the final solution design
