We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Finance Accounts Payable T&E function as Specialist Travel & Expense.Your FocusAs Specialist based out of our Finance Shared Service Centre in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for managing travel related activities for employees across IFF.The role reports to Assistant Manager/Operations Leader Operations.How you will contribute

  • Oversee employee travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth itinerary execution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing employee queries and concerns.
  • Efficiently manage international ticketing processes.
  • Handle Elite & VIP group travel arrangements.
  • Analyse ticketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on airline regulations and industry trends.
  • Capable of understanding travel policies and making bookings in compliance with them.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of travel plans and adhere to company travel policies.
What you will need to be successful
  • B. Com. Or Finance graduates with 0-3 years of experience in the travel industry (BPO/Call Centre/Travel Industry).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle international calls effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of booking systems and procedures.
  • Flexible to work in regional shifts (Open to any shift).
  • Proficiency in creating customized travel plans using tools like Concur and BCD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
