  • Relevant experience of 8 yrs as an HCM professional
  • Must have lead experience.
  • Must have extensive functional configuration experience for Time Eval for US, and experience in HCM / HR modules.
  • Strong communication skills in requirement elicitation with business users and coordinating with various functional / technical teams.
Following are the detailed requirement about the HCM skills we are looking out for:
  • Time Approval (MSS Workflow); Portal Troubleshooting
  • CATS Time Entry (ESS and backend)
  • Personnel Administration
  • Organizational Management
  • Time Management
  • Schemas & PCRs
  • Payroll processing
  • Third-party integrations (Time/payroll vendors)
