Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.What you get to do in this role:The AI Platform Team works within the Enterprise Data and Analytics Organization at ServiceNow driving the ability to democratize AI and machine learning to unleash data driven decisions across the enterprise, helping teams build high-value AI/ML products, and enable the operationalization and reliability of all AI. We are searching for a new position that will spend time building front-end driven applications, mostly on our internal ServiceNow Platform instance. Helping the internal teams govern and be more effective at delivering AI. When you arent doing that, youll be helping us build and optimize the AI Platform and the tooling that helps people be more efficient.Responsibilities:

  • Create Applications on our internal ServiceNow Platform Instance that integrates with the AI Platform.
  • Design code frameworks that can help those building AI to rapidly deploy their UI-driven AI applications on our internal ServiceNow Platform instance.
  • Teach other teams how to build better AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with the entire AI Platform team to build and improve a comprehensive internal AI Platform.
  • Integrate Systems that Span the Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.) and On-Premise environments.
  • Design and implement solutions that integrate our internal ServiceNow Platform instance with an AI Platform delivered in Azure.
  • Write code, refactor, optimize, containerize, deploy, version, and monitor its quality.
  • Create ways to automate the testing, validation, and deployment of data science models.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers and help teach them to be better coders, debuggers, and engineers.
QualificationsRequirements:
  • 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree, Masters degree or PhD or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 years of experience working with a programming language (JavaScript, Scala, Python, Java, C/C , etc.)
  • Experience creating interactive UI-driven AI applications (Next.js, React, Gradio, Streamlit, Dash).
  • Proficiency in programming (JavaScript, Python, R, SQL).
  • Experience building AI/ML models against a diverse set of use cases.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, CI/CD, etc., and tools (Git, GitHub, jFrog Artifactory, Cloudbees/Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and help them become better.
  • Ability to work with a team to create User Stories and Tasks out of higher level requirements.
Preferred:
  • Masters and/or PhD degree preferred.
  • Experience building apps on ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of the large-scale AI/ML model development lifecycle.
  • Experience with MLflow.
  • Experience with Azure.
  • Experience with Azure Databricks.
