Job Summary . Deputy Manager - Prospect Personal Loan Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Effective Tracking of MISs to ensure timely action of leads Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team Provide timely inputs to finance team for P&L Management Run contest for teams as agreed with stakeholders Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team on STS & co-ordinate with Credit RCU COE & IT team to clear roadblocks SFDC ID creation for Call Center agents & On Role Sales team members on STS Testing System enhancements for smoother functioning. Manage SFDC Reports in form of Business Reports Hierarchy maintenance Creating/Configuring Schemes as per Business Requirement Monthly Target Allocation to Sales team 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Manage Real time Sales support to Field Tracking MISs to ensure on time business decisions are made 5.
