Job Description

    The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments. Toidentifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for preparing and managing Tenders, Enquirys, Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, Quotations, and other relevant documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle various tasks related to operational management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric approach, are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and manage Tenders, Enquirys Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, Quotations, and other relevant documents in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Analyze and interpret technical data and market trends to support business decisions.
    • Maintain organized records of all processed documentation and ensure that all files are updated regularly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all communications and interactions reflect the companys values.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
    • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company and its offerings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in processes.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely processing of orders and documents.
    • Stay informed about updates and new software relevant to the role, ensuring efficient use of technology.
    • Operate and maintain computer systems and related equipment to ensure efficient processing of data and documentation.
