Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Understand customer requirements, concerns and expectations and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
    • Handle customer retention and save opportunities by understanding customer concerns and offering suitable solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
    • Meet individual and team-level targets related to customer satisfaction, sales, retention, quality and productivity.
    • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
    • Handle objections and difficult customer interactions professionally and work towards positive outcomes.
    • Follow defined call handling procedures, quality standards and compliance requirements.
    • Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems/CRM.
    • Maintain required productivity, attendance and adherence standards.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team while ensuring proper follow-up.
    • Consistently work towards achieving process KPIs and contributing to overall team performance.
    Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who:
    • Have excellent verbal communication skills in English.
    • Have prior experience in an International BPO / International Voice Process.
    • Have experience in Sales, Retention, Upselling, Cross-selling or Customer Service.
    • Are comfortable handling customers over the phone.
    • Have strong objection-handling and convincing skills.
    • Possess good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    • Are target-oriented and comfortable working with performance-based KPIs.
    • Can remain calm and professional while handling difficult customers.
    • Have a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on service quality.
    • Are willing to work in a 247 environment / rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
    • Are comfortable working from the office in Indore.
