Required Skills - 1 - Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.2 - Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing Clients.3 - Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve to expand Prospects/Customers network4 - Build a deep understanding of our Services and present them effectively to clients5 - Having a good connect with SME Companies in IndoreAny Graduate / Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or business development roles.Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Adept in networking and problem-solving.Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.Ability to adapt to the companys culture effectively and lead other teams.Responsibilities - Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Achieve daily and weekly Lead generation targets with demonstrable key performance indicators.
