Job Description

    Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on the IT field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and supporting the sales cycle in a fast-paced technology-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT and sales, looking to kickstart their career in IT business development.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Identify new potential clients in the IT sector through research, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
    • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
    • Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
    • Sales Presentations & Demos: Create compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate how our IT products/services can solve client challenges.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion.
    • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are well understood and met with appropriate IT solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring both client needs and company goals are met.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related field. Fresh graduates with an interest in IT and business development are also encouraged to apply.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
    • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services, such as software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or IT consulting services.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
    • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
    • Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively with both sales and technical teams and adapt to changing client requirements.
