Job Description

    Location: Indore (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0 to 4 years Salary: 15,000 21,000 per month (based on experience & process) Language: Hindi & Basic English (Fluency preferred)Key Responsibilities:
    • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries effectively
    • Provide accurate information related to products/services
    • Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems accordingly
    • Follow communication scripts and process guidelines as provided
    • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time
    Requirements:
    • Graduates mandate
    • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English understanding required)
    • Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO/Call Center is a plus
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/evening)
