As part of our strategic expansion plan, we are seeking a talented ERP Implementation Manager to join our team.Job DescriptionERP Implementation Manager with 5 years of experience to oversee the successful deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within our manufacturing unit and depots. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and an understanding of business processes. Candidate must have prior experience of implementing ERP in a company.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, including planning, organizing, and coordinating all project activities.Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and. timelines.Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather and document business requirements for the ERP system. Conduct thorough analysis to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the company.Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP vendor and third-party consultants. Ensure deliverable are met according to agreed-upon specifications.Work closely with the IT team and ERP consultants to configure the system to meet business requirements. Coordinate the development of customization and integration as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.Oversee the migration of data from Tally to the new ERP platform.Conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Ensure that all system configurations and customization meet quality standards and comply with industry best practices.Qualification: Masters/ Bachelors degree in Information systems, engineering, Business administration (IT) or related field. 5 years of experience in ERP Implementation, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Logic ERP) and related technologies. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Understanding of manufacturing processes and industry specific requirements.Location: MDPH Head Office, IndoreTime: Mon-Fri 9:30 to 6:30, Sat 9:30 to 4Reporting To: DirectorAbout Company -MDPH is a leading FMCG company in India which owns household Brands like Zed Black, Manthan, DinDin, Coach, Orva & more.
