Job Description

    PFB, the JD for the role of Finance Execuitve:Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports. Learn to generate financial statements for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Gain experience in overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions. Assist in the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Support in monitoring customer accounts and following up on overdue payments.Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with team members to contribute to the development and management of budgets. Learn to conduct basic variance analysis and provide insights. Assist in forecasting financial trends under supervision.Financial Analysis: Gain exposure to financial analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Work with the team to provide insights and recommendations for financial performance. improvement.Compliance: Learn to ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Assist in collaborating with external auditors during the annual audit process. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.Process Support: Provide support in identifying opportunities for process improvements in financial operations. Learn and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to gather financial information and insights. Provide assistance and learn to offer financial expertise to various teams within the organization.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong desire to learn and develop a career in finance and accounting. A basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred,
