Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Indore team. In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to our mission of fostering talent and creativity.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
    • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
    • Help organize training and development programs.
    • Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
