Job Description

    We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Tele-calling Executives to support our delivery and events team. The ideal candidates will focus on event-related tasks, including RSVP calling, attendee confirmation, and ensuring seamless event execution through effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively engage with clients to promote products/services or address their inquiries whenever the need beKey Requirements-Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, generate interest, and identify potential leads. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and qualify them as potential opportunities.Handle inbound calls from customers, providing necessary information and identifying potential leads through active listening and effective communication.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure a streamlined lead management process.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and engagement to enhance long-term opportunities.Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to communicate effectively and position offerings in line with customer needs.Conduct RSVP calls to invitees for events, ensuring timely confirmations and maintaining an accurate database of responses. Share attendee confirmations with the relevant teams and follow up post-event to gather feedback or explore further opportunities.Support the smooth execution of events by managing guest lists and assisting with coordination as required.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align communication strategies and share insights from customer interactions to refine campaigns.Actively participate in team discussions, sharing feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall lead generation approach.
