Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:Promote the School and Programs: Design and implement strategies to promote the school to prospective parents and students.Organize Seminars & Events: Plan, coordinate, and host seminars, workshops, and school tours for prospective parents and students to increase awareness and drive enrollment.Digital Marketing: Utilize social media platforms, email campaigns, and the school website to create awareness and drive engagement.Sales & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential clients (parents) through personalized follow-up calls, meetings, and school presentations.Market Research: Conduct research to understand local market trends, competitors, and parental needs to effectively position the schools offerings.school located in Mohankheda,DharContent Creation: Develop promotional materials, brochures, and digital content to attract and inform prospective families.Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and feedback. Regularly report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Brand Promotion: Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the schools brand and ethos.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Admissions, Events, and Communications teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.Key Skills & Qualifications:Education: A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or a similar field.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language], with the ability to present confidently to groups.Event Management: Proven experience in organizing seminars, events, or workshops.Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital content creation.Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, students, and the community.Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Proactive: A self-starter with a passion for education and a drive to achieve targets.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.Benefits:Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month, based on experience and performance.Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation, including food and transport allowance.Career Growth: Opportunity for professional development and career progression within the organization.
