Job Description

As a Purchase Officer at Nivo Controls, your primary responsibility will be to procure material from national and international vendors. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Generate Purchase orders- Follow up and track material for on-time delivery- Ensure quality of material received and collaborate with vendors on CAPA if required- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with vendors- Build and maintain good relations with new and existing vendors- Develop new vendors and new components at existing vendors- Maintain and update supplier scorecards- Update material status in the ERP system- Work on continuous improvement projects- Coordinate with multiple departments for the execution of ordersQualifications required for this role:- Educational qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma/BE in Elex/Mech preferred- Minimum 3 years of experience- Good team player- Computer proficiency- Experience in material Import/Export and custom activities preferred- Experience with ERP systems- Good communication and negotiation skills- Willingness to travel for vendor assessments- High moral and ethical valuesIf you are interested in joining our dynamic team at Nivo Controls, please send your resume to hidden_email a Purchase Officer at Nivo Controls, your primary responsibility will be to procure material from national and international vendors.
