Job Description

    We hiring For Relationship Manager And AdvisorFor -INDORE/ NOIDA/ MUMBAIExperince-6 Month to 2 yearKey Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Management:Acquire new clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients. Manage client portfolios and ensure they are aligned with their financial goals. Revenue Generation:Drive revenue generation through the sale of various investment products, including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party products. Achieve monthly sales targets for Demat accounts, margin accounts, and other products. Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing clients to increase wallet share. Product Knowledge and Sales Skills:Possess a strong understanding of broking and operations in the financial sector. Be proficient in sales processes and techniques. Stay updated on market trends and product offerings. Client Interaction and Communication:Conduct regular client meetings and maintain consistent communication. Provide timely and accurate information to clients. Address client queries and concerns effectively. Target Achievement:Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Achieve targets for Demat account openings, SIPs, and other financial products. Ensure a minimum number of first trades for the month. Channel Partner Management (if applicable):If working with channel partners (e.g., bank branches), manage and motivate them to achieve sales targets. Provide training and support to channel partners. Reporting and MIS:Follow and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
