Job Description

    • Coordinating the sales team by managingschedules, filing important documents
    and communicating relevant information
    • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    Job brief:
    • We are looking for an experienced and well-organized SalesMISCoordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
    • Collect data from PAN IndiaMISfor SS/Distributors for Primary/Secondary Sales
    • Preparation of dynamic dashboard in Excel to illustrate figures from raw data using formulas, VBA macros, Lookups, Hlookups, Pivot, etc
    • Review and analyse sales performance and submit report to management
    • Construction of data visualization platform, such as charts, graphs, presentation to provide like trends analysis, variance etc
    • Top to bottom performer tracking by state/region
    • Makingreports of Target VS Achievement of GT/MT/HORECA segments Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly
    • Tracking Sales Officers by their DSR punched in App System
    • Coordinate with Sales Executives, Promoters for daily sales/territory data evaluation
    • Working tracking through online mechanism and report to all concern for any deviation
    Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Handle the processing of all data with accuracy and timeliness
    • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales andMIScoordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
    • Good computer skills (MS Office)
    • Well-organized and responsible with anaptitude in problem-solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A team player with high level of dedication
