Job Description

    Senior Manager - FinanceOBJECTIVE OF ROLETo assist team leader commercial in ensuring and managing activities related Procurement, contractand commercial management, Budgeting, Variation Claims, Rate Analysis, cost management andcontrol, Site coordination, quantity surveying duties in the region / Business Unit (BU)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist team leader in managing following activities for the BU.Responsible for budgeting process (zero budget / rolling budget) and trace deviations in planningwith actual.Preparation and finalization of monthly Accounts (CCR).Audit and review of Site Accounts. Follow up for the compliance of Audit reports. Co-ordination withStatutory auditors and audit compliance.Compilation of Cost sheet on actual basis of various activities.Supporting the procurement function on key Commercial issues and facilitating the BGs and LCs andmonitoring the same.Supporting the Tendering function in commercial aspects and key accounting issues.Responsible for Fund flow management. Ensuring regular flow of funds to sites and review theDebtors and creditors.Monitoring client and subcontractor related Billing.Review and recommend the release of retention amount of sub - contractors.Approval of bills received.Training the Site accountants and giving necessary support and guidance to Site Accts.Matter related to VAT returns of various sitesQUALIFICATIONCA / ICWA/ B.comEXPERIENCE15-20 YRSInterested Candidate sends their updated resume (hidden_email) Call for more details at hidden_mobile on MondaytoSaturdayat9:30AM to 6:30 PM
