Job Description

    Reporting To: Talent Acquisition ManagerJob Location:Indore, Madhya PradeshQualification & Experience:
    • MBA/PGDM
    • Experience 6 months to 2 Years (Broking Sector Experienced Candidates Preferred)
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Work from Office role
    • Source, screen and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc
    • Draft recruitment matter for job-posting on appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges etc
    • Screen candidates resume and job applications-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    • Branding of Company amongst prospective candidates
    • Act as a point of contact and maintain a good repo with the candidate during the selection process
    • Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities
    • Documentation for new joiner
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Capable to handle elementary to mid-level profiles
    • Proactive, Energetic and never give up attitude
    • Should have Learning Attitude
    • Able to meet given deadlines
    • Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs etc.
    • Excellent co-ordination skills with sense of ownership
    • Age not more than 30 years
