Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure and manage Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance and sales of Team members.
    • Motivate the Sales Team Members to maintain a highly competitive and positive environment on the floor.
    • Ensure all process-related TATs are met with timely delivery of desired output.
    • Participate in Weekly/Monthly Performance reviews, helping to develop and drive strategies and programs to improve the overall performance of the teams and the segment.
    • Responsible for overall planning, structuring, directing, and executing tasks, process adherence, expectation, and goal setting.
    • Conduct training, reward, and discipline employees, actively involved in staffing new employees.
    • Identify and solve problems efficiently.
    • Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely partner-focused and metrics-driven environment.
    Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of total work experience with a minimum of 2 years in team management.
    • Good knowledge of motor insurance.
    • Experience managing a team of at least 10 executives.
    • Exposure to high-scale selling is a must.
    • Excellent data management skills, particularly in Excel.
