By bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a telesales executive involves having telephonic conversations with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the company. Going the extra mile for the customer is a vital part of the role of the telesales executive. With an in-depth knowledge of the companys offerings, the ideal telesales executive works towards building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales. Job Purpose - Telesales Executive Location Indore (Madhya Pradesh)Number of Post 2 Only Female Can applyRelevant Experience: 1 Year in Tele SalesResponsibilities
    • Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
    • Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
    • Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
    • Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
    • Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
    • Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
    Required skills & Experience
    • Experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
    • Good communication and fluency in English, Hindi
    • Proven record of meeting Targets
    • time management skills.
    • Good Knowledge of working with MS Office
    Qualifications and Responsibilities
    • Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
    • Compiling Daily Reports
    • Attend Daily and weekly reviews as the case may be
