We strive to meet the audiences needs along with the organisational goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer at Fifilo Designs. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging website interfaces for clients. You will design and implement user interfaces for web apps, mobile apps, and websites. You will ensure that the user experience is optimized and the goals of clients and users are aligned and met. The role also includes collaborating with the cross-functional team and client meetings to discuss design ideas, strategies and implementation.Qualifications A bachelors. degree or equivalent work experience in UI/UX design, web design, graphic design, or a related field is required. Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, and prototyping tools is mandatory. 3 years of practical experience working in UI/UX design, responsive design, and end-to-end product design. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and cross-browser compatibility is a plus. Excellent design and communication skills with the ability to collaborate, listen and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Experience in conducting user testing, user research, and analytics to create complex user interfaces,
