Job Description

    Were Hiring Educational Counsellor (Non- Voice Process)
    • Salary- 16,000 to 22,000/month In-hand
    • Uk Shift - 12pm to 9pm (Day shift)
    • 5.5 Days Working
    • 9 Hours Working
    Location- Geeta Bhawan, Indore, MPResponsibilities-
    • Calling UK based students
    • Generate leads
    • Counselling students and convince students to buy our services i.e. Admission, Accommodation, Assessment Sample
    • Maintaining strong relationship with clients and customers
    Role DescriptionThis full-time on-site role in Indore is for an Educational Counselor, who will be responsible for guiding and counseling students about various career options available to them. The Educational Counselor should have the ability to communicate effectively with both parents and students, and be well-versed with the latest career trends and opportunities. The Educational Counselor should also be able to advise students on their personal and academic needs and provide them with support both academically and emotionally.Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Experience in counseling or advising students
    • Knowledge of careers, job opportunities and industry trends
    • Ability to connect with the students and parents and comprehend their needs
    • Availability to work flexible hours based on student and parent scheduling needs
    • Must maintain a professional demeanor, confidentiality, and ethical behavior in accordance with company policy
