The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the food court, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the food courts daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and sales in the food court.- Build and maintain relationships with food court vendors, ensuring compliance with mall policies and regulations.- Monitor and control costs, optimizing profitability and efficiency.- Implement and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the food court.Desired Candidate:- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food court management or a related field.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.What We Offer:- Salary-20000 to 25000 per month- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.- Professional development and growth opportunities.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume to hidden_email.,
