You will gain exposure to key HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Upon successful completion of the 4-month internship, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on your performance and contribution.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding and Orientation: Help in preparing onboarding materials for new hires. Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees. Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases. Performance Management: Help in tracking employee performance reviews and appraisals. Maintain and update performance management systems. HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Support in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide necessary support to employees. Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. Track employee training progress and maintain training records.Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
