We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive in Jabalpur to drive our digital advertising efforts and boost our online presence.Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize reach and ROI. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and ad copy tailored to our target audience. Advanced Targeting: Utilize lookalike audiences, retargeting, and in-depth demographic targeting for high-converting campaigns. Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights to refine strategies. A/B Testing: Run experiments on creatives, ad copy, and audience segments to enhance campaign performance. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI while staying within allocated resources. Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics tools to uncover trends and optimize campaigns accordingly. Industry Trends: Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new advertising tools to stay competitive.Qualifications: Proven experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably within the e-commerce or beauty industry. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a strong advantage. Expertise in PPC strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization. Proficient with analytics and ad management tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Hootsuite. Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a bonus.
