Job Description

    The Assistant Project Manager plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and meeting quality standards. Working closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, the Assistant Project Manager oversees the execution of projects in accordance with the established plan.Responsibilities include monitoring the on-site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intents. Reviewing method statements submitted by contractors for each civil work item and ensuring adherence to standards. Maintaining documentation related to external civil works, anticipating and addressing potential bottlenecks, and advising contractors on productivity improvement are key aspects of the role.Furthermore, the Assistant Project Manager is involved in monitoring procurement and delivery of materials, verifying quality of civil works, implementing safety standards, and managing milestones and budgets related to civil infrastructure. Risk management, system requirements implementation, and ensuring the Construction & Safety Management Plan for all external civil activities are also part of the responsibilities.The ideal candidate would possess a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in buildings, along with technical knowledge of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
