Job Description

    As a Full Stack Lead/Backend Lead (SDE-3) at our company, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and developing scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and modern cloud-native technologies. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery, mentoring developers, and contributing to the technical roadmap of our digital health platform.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in an end-to-end development approach.- Drive system design and architecture discussions for complex product features, demonstrating architecture leadership.- Deliver clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code across frontend and backend to ensure code quality.- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting regular code reviews as part of mentorship.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver features on time.- Continuously optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security to enhance performance & security.- Own deployment pipelines, automate workflows, and support production reliability as part of DevOps & CI/CD.- Champion best practices, modern frameworks, and new technologies across the engineering team to promote innovation.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5 years of professional experience in building full-stack applications or backend systems.- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React, Next.js (or equivalent).- Backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js (or similar).- Hands-on experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MS-SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) and automation.- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and security best practices.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with leadership ability.,
