Job Description

    Role Overview:As a creative and fashion-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our womens clothing brands online presence. Your role will involve planning, creating, and sharing engaging content across various social media platforms while collaborating with influencers and creators.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, Stories, and Photoshoots for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.- Develop UGC-style videos, product styling videos, try-on hauls, and behind-the-scenes content.- Write captivating captions, hooks, and ad copies that resonate with the brand tone.- Coordinate with photographers, models, and influencers for creative shoots.- Manage the brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.- Maintain a content calendar for festive drops, launches, and special offers.- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and tag-based interactions.- Monitor and analyze analytics including CTR, reach, engagement, and follower growth.- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create effective ad creatives.- Identify and manage influencers and creators for collaborations.- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for successful product launch campaigns.Qualifications Required:- You should have at least 3 years of experience in fashion/e-commerce content creation or social media.- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels trends, Meta Ads creatives, and tools like Canva/CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro.- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred.- Understanding of fashion styling, color aesthetics, and trends in womens clothing.- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Additional Company Details:- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Benefits: Provident Fund- Work Location: In person,
