Job Description

    As a Content Specialist at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL) subsidiary Shop LC, your primary responsibility will be to create impactful content across various customer touchpoints such as promotional banners, email campaigns, SMS/MMS, and push notifications. Your role will be crucial in establishing a strong connection with the US-based audience by harmonizing brand tone, conversion objectives, and campaign-specific messaging.Collaborating closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams, you will play a significant role in developing messages that resonate with the audience, drive conversions, and accurately represent the voice of Shop LC.Key Responsibilities:- Develop engaging and brand-consistent copy for website banners, including hero images, promos, and category highlights.- Create compelling content for daily and promotional email campaigns, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines.- Craft concise and impactful SMS and MMS messages that are offer-focused and mobile-friendly.- Generate push notifications with strong calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive customer engagement.- Produce clear, action-oriented headlines and CTAs optimized for the US retail customer base.- Translate creative briefs into compelling content while upholding high standards of clarity and creativity.- Collaborate with graphic designers and campaign planners to align content with overall marketing strategies.- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in developing content calendars.- Align content with marketing objectives such as traffic, conversion, and engagement rates, adapting the copy as needed.- Ensure accuracy in tone, spelling, and grammar in all outgoing content by meticulously proofreading.- Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging insights to enhance customer engagement.- Stay informed about e-commerce trends and competitive messaging within the US market landscape.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of copywriting/content writing experience, preferably within the e-commerce, fashion, or retail industry.- Strong understanding of US customer behavior, tone preferences, and effective offer messaging.- Proficient in crafting email/SMS/push content that is clear, concise, and geared towards driving conversions.- Demonstrated ability to produce impactful short-form copy within tight deadlines.- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and Attentive is advantageous.- Excellent command of English (US spelling and grammar) with keen attention to detail.- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, campaign-centric work environment.- Strong team player with exceptional communication skills.- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or home retail writing is preferred.- Experience with A/B testing and understanding factors that influence copy performance.Job Overview:- Compensation: 500000 - 800000 Yearly- Level: 4- Location: Jaipur, India- Experience: 3 Years- Qualification: Graduate- Work Mode: Onsite- Job Type: FulltimeJoin us at Shop LC and be a part of our mission to deliver joy and become the value leader in electronic retailing of jewelry and lifestyle products.,
