Job Description

    ViralChilly, a unit of Digiastic LLP, recognized as one of the top startups to work for in Jaipur, is seeking an experienced Back Office Intern to join their team.As a Back Office Intern, your responsibilities will include performing data entry, managing records, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will collaborate with internal departments to maintain a seamless workflow, handle email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner, generate reports, and provide necessary updates to the management. Upholding the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring data security will be crucial aspects of your role.The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.This is a Fresher, Internship role with a contract duration of 3 months. The working schedule will be during day shifts from Monday to Friday at our office located in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. Candidates are required to be open to commuting to this location.
